Oakley Planning Commission Meeting

*Please note that the staff report recommendations for both conditional use permits have been changed to "approve, with conditions."   Both uses are conditionally allowable in the zone if conditions can appropriately mitigate detrimental factors.  I inadvertently included a "deny recommendation" as I was using a template from a previous staff report.  Stephanie
