Candidate for Mayor - Steven M. Wimoth

For nearly a quarter of a century, Oakley has been more than my home — it’s been my heartbeat. From raising a family here to serving on the town council for nine years, I’ve walked alongside our com munity through challenges, triumphs, and change. Now, I’m ready to take that dedication to the next chapter — bringing a leader’s resolve, a neighbor’s understanding, and a shared vision for the Oakley we can build together.

As Mayor, my mission will be to ensure that every voice in Oakley is valued and heard. Drawing on my nine years of council service and deep community involvement, I will foster open communication and collaboration between residents, businesses, and local government. By listening first, sharing information transparently, and working side by side, we can make decisions that reflect our shared priorities and respect Oakley’s unique heritage.

Growth is inevitable — but with thoughtful planning, we can preserve the charm we cherish while preparing for the opportunities ahead. Water sustainability, responsible development, and community driven initiatives will remain at the forefront of my work. Together, with trust and respect, we can shape a vibrant future worthy of Oakley’s proud past.
