OAKLEY CITY
NOTICE OF BUDGETARY PUBLIC HEARINGS
Public notice is hereby given that the Mayor and City Council Oakley City, Utah will hold the following public hearings to receive public input on the proposed budgetary actions:
1. Fiscal year 2026 -Public hearing to amend the budget for consideration of various increases and decreases in budgeted revenues and expenditures.
2. Fiscal year 2027 - Public hearing to consider the entire (all city funds) fiscal year 2027 budget before final adoption. Said budget is for municipal services for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2026, and ending June 30, 2027. A copy of the tentative budget will be available for public inspection at City Hall and on the Oakley city website www.oakleyut.gov for at least 10 days prior to the public hearing.
Each of these public hearings will be held during the regular City Council Meeting which begins at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday June 24, 2026. The meeting location will be in the Oakley City Hall Councilroom located at 960 West Center Street. The public is invited and encouraged to participate in these hearings.
