Notice of Passage Ordinance 2026-02 Fat, Oil, and Grease Program for Discharge to the City's Wastewater Treatment Facility

On April 8, 2026, the Oakley City Council enacted Ordinance No. 2026-02 to enact new provisions to the Oakley Municipal Code, amending Sections 7.09.030; 7.09.040; and 7.09.060; enacting Chapter 7.09.170 to regulate discharge of fats, oils, and grease into the City's wastewater treatment plant; and to make conforming changes.  

The ordinance takes effect on April 9th, 2026 upon required Notice of Passage.
