Notice of Passage Ordinance 2026-03 Establishing a Culinary Water Classification and Rate for the Cemetery District

On April 8, 2026, the Oakley City Council enacted Ordinance 2026-03 to create a new culinary water classification and rate for the Cemetery District.  The Ordinance goes into effect on April 15, 2026.
