CURRENT OUTDOOR WATER RESTRICTIONS

Due to the current drought conditions in Utah, we encourage all residents to be smart and responsible water users this year. At this time, there are no water restrictions in place; however, conserving water whenever possible helps protect our community's water resources for the future.

WATER PROJECTS UNDERWAY

Oakley City is currently pursuing an additional culinary water source.  The new Cattail Well has been drilled and the resulting water is excellent. The City is now beginning Phase 2 of construction of the new well house and related piping to bring the water into the system. Anticipated completion is late fall of 2024. Check back frequently for further updates.   

NEW WATER RATES & STRUCTURE FOR FY 2026 (effective on July. 15, 2025 Billing) ARE AS FOLLOWS:

USAGE/OVERAGE:   $2.24 PER 1000 GALLONS FROM 7,001-15,000 GALLONS

                                    $2.99 PER 1000 GALLONS FROM 15,001-40,000 GALLONS

                                    $4.48 PER 1000 GALLONS FROM 40,001-160,000 GALLONS

                                    $11.94 PER 1000 GALLONS FROM 160,001 GALLONS AND UP

MAPLE RIDGE USERS (HIGH ELEVATION DISTRICT):  BASE RATE $44.78

USAGE/OVERAGE:    $2.99 PER 1000 GALLONS FROM 0-10,000 GALLONS

                                     $3.73 PER 1000 GALLONS FROM 10,001 - 20,000 GALLONS

                                     $5.22 PER 1,000 GALLONS FROM 20,00 - 40,000 GALLONS

                                     $6.72 PER 1000 GALLONS FROM 40,001- 100,000 GALLONS
