Oakley Recreation Complex - Shade Pavilions and Benches
Oakley City is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors to construct and install small shade pavilions with benches and/or tables. The project entails:
- Construct/install 4 shade pavilions with concrete floors 10'X10' or 12'X12' (Please specify size in bid and provide design details)
- Prep work and excavation for all installations.
- Pour foundation and cement work for all shade pavilion areas
- Bench seating for relaxation and court viewing. Please provide a per bench pricing that includes design as well as installation. (Locations and numbers of benches to be determined)

Bid Form:
Sealed bids must be submitted in writing and be legally signed with the complete address and contact information of the bidder no later than April 11th, 2022 at 4:30 PM. Every document must be enclosed in a sealed envelope and clearly marked as a bid document for the "Relaxation Area." Contractors not responding to all information requested in the invitation to bid may have their bids rejected. Any response or bid received after the deadline shall be considered late and will not be opened or considered. Bids must remain valid for at least (90) days past the award date as posted in the invitation to bid.
